Returns & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.

We only replace items if:
β€’ Wrong product delivered Β 
β€’ Size issue Β 
β€’ Manufacturing defect Β 
β€’ Damaged during delivery

To request replacement, contact us on WhatsApp with order number and product photo within 48 hours of delivery.

No returns/refunds for:
β€’ Change of mind Β 
β€’ Used or washed products

After approval, customer must ship product back to our address. Replacement will be shipped after quality check.

Refunds
We do not provide refunds for Cash on Delivery orders. Β 
Refunds are only applicable for prepaid orders if replacement is not available.

Refund processing time: 5-7 business days after approval.
